Something not right? We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to fix it. Please reach out to us right away at headsupwigs7010@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it immediately and ensure you’re taken care of.

Return Eligibility & Non-Approval

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Note: Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be approved and may be sent back to the sender.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your new item is to place a new order immediately. Once your return is received and accepted, we will issue a refund for the original item. This ensures you don't have to wait for return processing before securing your replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee: A flat restocking fee of $20 CAD will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
