Helping people facing cancer feel like themselves again.

The Look Good Feel Better program is a non-medical, brand-neutral initiative dedicated to helping people manage the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment. By offering free workshops led by beauty professionals, the program teaches techniques to address skin changes, hair loss, and eyebrow thinning, which can often feel like a loss of identity for those in treatment. This support is vital because it moves beyond aesthetics; it provides a safe space for individuals to regain a sense of normalcy, control, and self-confidence during an incredibly challenging time.

The program's impact is deeply rooted in the emotional and psychological healing that comes from community and self-care. Participants often report that learning how to use cosmetics, headwear, and wigs helps them face the world with renewed strength, shifting the focus from their illness back to their personhood. By fostering a supportive environment where people can share experiences and tips, Look Good Feel Better helps transform the way cancer patients see themselves, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey.
